Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

- Items returned after 7 days
- Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via WhatsApp or email
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
